Ordering

Call-in orders: Customers may call Chocolate Sweetness at (618) 384-8365 and place an order over the phone. Product numbers or descriptions can be used to place orders.

Email Orders: Customers may send their order to sales@chocolatesweetness.com. Customers will receive a confirmation email when we receive their order.

Online Ordering: Some products may have "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons available. In these cases, customers can click either button to make their purchases. "Buy Now" buttons allow the customer to buy one product per order. "Add to Cart" buttons allow the customer to buy multiple products per order. All online orders will be processed securely through PayPal.

Payments

Chocolate Sweetness primarily accepts cash and checks. Checks will only be accepted for local customers; however, we reserve the right to decline payment by check. An invoice will be given to customers when orders are delivered/picked-up. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. If for any reason, the invoice is not paid within 30 days of the invoicing date, a 2% finance charge may be applied to the customers balance.

We can also send invoices electronically to a valid email address provided by the customer which can be paid via PayPal. Customers do not have to be PayPal members to use this option and may pay with a PayPal account, credit card, or debit card. Customers must inform us at the time the order is placed if they would like to utilize the electronic payment option; however, a $15 minimum order is required for the electronic payment option.

Refunds

Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Chocolate Sweetness reserves the right to authorize or deny refunds based on the circumstances.

Returns

Chocolate Sweetness does not accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Shipping

At this time, we do not ship our products outside of our delivery area. Orders can be picked up at our store or we can arrange delivery within 15 miles of our store. Other shipping options may be implemented in the near future.

Tax

Illinois sales tax will be collected on all sales made within Illinois borders. Customers residing in Illinois who order through PayPal will also be charged Illinois sales tax.
